The Zombie Who Loved Padel

In the sunny town of Rainbow Valley, three best friends named Leo, Mia, and Sam spent every summer day at the community pool. They loved splashing in the cool water and playing their favorite game — padel — on the court right next to the pool.

One stormy afternoon, as dark clouds gathered overhead, the children noticed something strange. The pool water began to glow with a magical blue light, and suddenly, a bolt of lightning struck the water's surface. But instead of fizzling out, the lightning transformed into a shimmering golden portal.

From the portal emerged a small, friendly zombie with sparkling green skin and mismatched eyes that twinkled like stars. The children gasped, but instead of running away, they stayed curious.

"Hello!" the zombie said with a shy wave. "I'm Zippy, and I've been watching you play padel for weeks. It looks like so much fun!"

Leo stepped forward bravely. "You want to play with us?"

Zippy's face lit up. "More than anything! In my world, inside the great crystal pyramid where I live, nobody wants to play with me because I look different."

The three friends exchanged looks. "We don't care what you look like," Mia said firmly. "If you're kind and fun, that's what matters!"

So they played the most magical game of padel ever. Zippy was amazing! Every time he hit the ball, it trailed sparkly lightning through the air. When Sam scored a point, rainbow confetti burst from the sky. They laughed so hard that they didn't notice the portal beginning to close.

"Wait!" Zippy cried. "Will you come visit me at my pyramid?"

"Of course!" the friends promised.

Before leaving, Zippy pressed a small crystal pyramid charm into each of their hands. "Now you can visit me anytime. But you taught me something even more magical — true friendship isn't about how you look. It's about opening your heart."

As Zippy disappeared back through his portal, the three friends stood together in the warm sun, understanding that kindness and acceptance were the greatest adventures of all.
