The Zombie Who Loved Orange Sunshine

Leo sat by the pond, watching his reflection in the water. His iPhone lay forgotten on the grass as he spotted something amazing — a giant bull swimming gracefully across the pond! The bull's golden fur gleamed like sunshine in the water.

"Hello there!" called the bull, surfacing with a splash. "I'm Barnaby. What brings you to my pond on this fine day?"

Leo's eyes widened. "I... I was just playing my zombie game," he stammered. "But this is much more exciting!"

Barnaby laughed, a deep warm sound like distant thunder. "Games are fun, but real adventures are better. Would you like to see something magical?"

The bull swam to the shore and shook himself dry, sending sparkling droplets flying everywhere. He reached behind his ear and pulled out a perfect orange fruit. "This isn't just any orange," Barnaby whispered mysteriously. "It's a sunshine fruit from the magic garden. One bite, and you'll see the world differently."

Leo took a bite, and suddenly everything changed. The trees danced, the flowers hummed little tunes, and floating above the pond were tiny, friendly zombie creatures made of bubbles and laughter!

"They're not scary at all!" Leo giggled as a bubble-zombie did a silly dance. "They're just playful!"

Barnaby nodded wisely. "Things aren't always what they seem. Sometimes the scariest-looking things are just waiting for someone to see their true selves. That's the real magic — seeing with your heart, not just your eyes."

Leo spent the whole afternoon playing with the bubble-zombies and swimming with Barnaby. As the sun began to set, the bull gave him another orange. "Keep this for whenever you need reminding — magic exists for those who believe."

That night, Leo looked at his iPhone zombie game and smiled. It was fun, but real friendship and magic were even better. And somewhere, in a magical pond, a bull was swimming, waiting for the next child who knew how to believe.
