The Zombie Who Forgot How to Dance
In a land where magic sparkled like sugar on sunshine, there lived a little girl named Luna who loved her teddy bear more than anything in the world. Bear was old and fuzzy, with one button eye missing, but Luna thought he was perfect.
One day, Luna threw a golden coin into the shimmering water of Wishing Creek. She closed her eyes tight and made a wish—for the most wonderful adventure ever.
Suddenly, the water began to bubble and sparkle! Out popped a grumpy old zombie named Zog, who looked more green than scary. "I used to be the best dancer in all the land," Zog sighed, "but I forgot all my moves when I turned into a zombie. Now I just shuffle around sadly."
Luna gasped. "I can help! My bear Bear and I will teach you to dance again!"
But just then, a magnificent golden bull appeared from behind a palm tree. His horns were shaped like crescent moons, and his coat gleamed like honey. "I am Ferdinand," the bull announced proudly. "And I challenge anyone to a dancing contest!"
Zog shivered. "I could never win."
Luna grabbed Zog's hand and Bear's paw. "You don't have to win—you just have to try!"
And so, under the swaying palm trees, while magical fireflies danced around them, Luna taught Zog to spin, hop, and wiggle. The zombie who forgot how to dance remembered—move by move, laugh by laugh. When Zog finally spun around with joy, even Ferdinand the bull clapped his golden hooves.
That night, Luna learned something wonderful: sometimes the best adventures help someone find what they lost inside themselves. And Bear, who had watched everything with his one button eye, seemed to smile.
From that day on, Zog wasn't a grumpy zombie anymore. He was the dancing zombie, and every full moon, Luna, Bear, and Ferdinand would all dance together by Wishing Creek, where magic and friendship flowed like endless, sparkling water.
