The Zombie Spy's Secret Mission

Lily found an old orange iPhone behind a loose brick in her garden wall. It still worked, but the apps were strange. Instead of games, it had only one app called "Z-Spy."

Curious, Lily tapped the icon. A message appeared: "Hello, Agent! I am Zed. I'm not a scary zombie – I'm a ZOMBAG, which means Zooming On Many Brave Adventures Galore! I need your help solving mysteries!"

Lily giggled. A friendly zombie spy? This was the best discovery ever!

"What's the mission?" she typed.

"Someone keeps stealing all the orange marbles from the playground. Children are sad. Will you help me find the thief?"

Lily grabbed her detective kit – a magnifying glass, notebook, and her lucky orange backpack. She rushed to the playground, the zombie spy's voice crackling through the old phone's speaker like a friendly ghost.

"Look for footprints!" Zed advised.

Sure enough, tiny paw prints led behind the slide. There, shivering in a orange juice box, was a baby squirrel with an orange marble in its paws.

"Oh!" whispered Lily. "It's not stealing – it's collecting!"

The squirrel looked up with bright black eyes, chattering sadly. Lily realized its family must have lost their home.

"Zed, we need to build a squirrel house!"

"Excellent thinking, Agent! That's the ZOMBAG way – solving problems with kindness!"

Lily gathered branches, leaves, and orange peels from her lunch. With Zed's funny instructions ("Make the door zombie-sized – that means SUPER BIG!"), she built a cozy little shelter. She even left the orange marble as a housewarming gift.

The squirrel chattered happily, inviting its whole family. Soon, five furry faces peeked from the new home.

"Mission accomplished!" cheered Zed's voice. "You discovered the truth behind the mystery. Sometimes things aren't what they seem, and kindness is the best spy tool of all!"

That night, Lily tucked the orange iPhone under her pillow. She couldn't wait for tomorrow's adventure with her zombie spy friend. The best secrets, she learned, were the ones shared with kind hearts.
