The Zombie's Secret Game

Lily loved her green stuffed bear, but she loved adventures even more. One Saturday, she found a mysterious glowing pyramid in her attic. It pulsed with rainbow lights!

"What are you?" Lily whispered. The pyramid floated toward her backyard, where her friend Tom was playing padel against the wall.

"Lily! Look!" Tom shouted, pointing behind her.

A funny zombie waddled out from behind the pyramid—not a scary one, but a cheerful zombie with bright purple hair and mismatched socks. He waved two green hands happily.

"Hello! I'm Zeb!" the zombie said. "I've been trapped in that pyramid for five hundred years! Want to play?"

Lily's green bear suddenly hopped off her shoulder and stood on two fuzzy legs! "I've always wanted to be alive!" the bear cheered.

Zeb pulled a glowing padel racquet from his pocket. "In my world, padel is magical. Every hit creates something wonderful!"

Tom served first. When his racquet hit the ball, a butterfly the size of a dog appeared!

Lily hit the ball next. POOF! A tree made of cotton candy grew instantly.

Zeb laughed—a sound like jingle bells—and served. The ball bounced and created a tiny pyramid that floated in the air.

They played all afternoon, creating flying fish, singing flowers, and clouds that rained chocolate drops. Even the bear joined in, using a racquet made from a honeycomb!

"I don't want to trap new friends," Zeb said finally, touching the ancient pyramid. It crumbled into sparkling dust. "I'd rather play with you forever."

And that's how Lily, Tom, a zombie named Zeb, and one very magical bear became the best of friends—proving that the best adventures happen when you welcome everyone, no matter how different they might seem.

Every Sunday, they still play padel together. And sometimes, if you look closely, you can still see cotton candy trees growing in Lily's backyard.
