The Zombie's Orange Magic

zombiecablespyorangehair

Lily was an ordinary girl with extraordinary curly **hair** that bounced when she walked. Every day after school, she'd watch her favorite show through the thick **cable** that snaked behind the television.

One rainy afternoon, the cable began to glow bright **orange**! Lily leaned closer, and out tumbled not a cartoon character, but a friendly little zombie named Zimpy.

"I'm not a scary **zombie**," Zimpy explained, adjusting his tiny orange hat. "I'm a magical friend from the World Between Wires!"

Zimpy revealed that he was actually a secret **spy** who traveled through cables to help children who felt lonely. His mission: to find kids with kind hearts and become their friend.

"But you're green and wrinkly," Lily giggled.

"That's what makes me special!" Zimpy danced a little jig. "In my world, being different is beautiful. That's the first rule of magic."

Together they went on adventures—turning bath bubbles into floating kingdoms, making toys come alive for tea parties, and even helping the grumpy neighbor's cat find its way home. Zimpy taught Lily that true friends see with their hearts, not their eyes.

Each night, Zimpy would slip back through the orange cable, promising to return. And he always did, because friendship, like magic, never really disappears.

Lily learned that the most wonderful surprises often come from the most unexpected places. Sometimes, they even arrive through a glowing orange cable in the form of a zombie spy who becomes your best friend.

And that, she decided, was the best kind of magic there is.
