The Zombie's Magical Garden

Lily had the curliest, bounciest **hair** in her whole school. It bounced when she walked and sparkled in sunlight. One Saturday, she was playing **padel** with her friend Sam when something strange happened. Their bright yellow ball flew over the fence and landed in the mysterious garden next door.

"I'll get it!" Lily said bravely. She pushed open the creaky gate and found herself in the most magical place she'd ever seen. Enormous **water** lilies floated in a glowing blue pond. Rainbow butterflies danced everywhere. And there, tending to enormous green plants, was a friendly-looking **zombie**!

"Hello there!" the zombie said with a smile. His name was Zed, and he wasn't scary at all. He was the Guardian of the Magical Garden. Zed was growing enchanted **spinach** that gave anyone who ate it amazing powers – strength, speed, and the ability to talk to animals!

"But I need help," Zed said sadly. "A storm is coming, and my plants need protection."

Lily had an idea. "What if we use magic to create a shield?"

Together, Lily, Sam, and Zed mixed morning dew, flower petals, and three enchanted spinach leaves into a sparkling potion. They sprinkled it over the garden just as dark clouds gathered. The most amazing thing happened – a shimmering golden dome appeared, protecting all the plants!

When the storm passed, Zed thanked them with gifts. Sam received a padel racket that never missed. Lily's **hair** became even more magical – it could change colors with her mood! But the best gift was friendship.

"Come back anytime!" Zed called as they left.

Lily learned that sometimes, the scariest-looking people are the kindest, and that working together with friends can create real magic. She touched her now-purple hair and smiled, wondering what adventures tomorrow would bring.
