The Zombie's Magical Garden

Lily discovered something amazing behind the old oak tree. A zombie!

But this zombie wasn't scary at all. His messy green hair was made of tangled vines and tiny leaves. His name was Zeb, and he was the friendliest zombie you could ever imagine.

"Would you like some orange slices?" Zeb offered, holding out a bright orange wedge. "They're extra magical today."

Lily took a bite. Her eyes widened! The orange tasted like sunshine and laughter all mixed together.

"I grow them with love," Zeb said. "And I have something even more special to show you."

He led her to his secret garden patch filled with emerald-green leaves. "This is my enchanted spinach. One bite gives you courage. Two bites make you kind. Three bites help you see the good in everyone."

Just then, a massive bull came charging through the fence! It was the grumpy bull from the farm next door. His horns looked sharp and his hooves thundered like storm clouds.

Lily trembled. But Zeb didn't run away.

"Hello, friend," the zombie said gently. "You look hungry. Would you like some magical spinach?"

The bull stopped. He sniffed the air. His angry eyes softened.

Zeb offered the bull three leaves. The bull ate them slowly.

Something wonderful happened. The bull's fur shimmered. He let out a happy sigh instead of an angry snort. He nuzzled Zeb's hand like a puppy.

"See?" Zeb smiled at Lily. "Everyone deserves kindness, even when they seem scary. Sometimes, bullies are just hungry—or lonely—or misunderstood."

From that day on, Lily visited Zeb's garden every afternoon. She learned that spinach could be magical, zombies could be kind, and even grumpy bulls could become best friends.

And she always remembered: never judge someone by how they look. Judge them by how they treat you instead.

The end.
