The Zombie Goldfish Adventure

Lily loved her little orange goldfish, Sparkle. He swam in circles around his bowl every day, but last night, something magical happened.

A thunderstorm rolled through Lily's town. CRACK! BOOM! Lightning flashed outside her window. One bolt of purple lightning struck right near Sparkle's fish bowl. Lily gasped and ran to check on her friend.

But Sparkle wasn't swimming in circles anymore. He was floating upside down at the top of the bowl, not moving at all.

"Sparkle!" Lily cried. Her eyes filled with tears.

Her grandmother came into the room and saw Lily's sad face. "Oh, my darling," she said gently. "I have something special for situations like this." She reached into her pocket and pulled out a tiny blue bottle. "This is a magic vitamin. My grandmother gave it to me when I was your age. It brings pets back to life, but only if you truly love them."

Lily looked at the bottle with wonder. Could it really work? She opened it carefully and dropped one shiny blue vitamin into Sparkle's bowl.

Bubbles started rising. CRACKLE! SPARKLE! The water turned rainbow colors. Sparkle's little orange body began to wiggle. Then—SWOOSH—he flipped right side up!

But something was different. Sparkle's scales now glowed with tiny lightning bolts, and he swam faster than ever before. He could even jump out of his bowl and swim through the air!

"You're not just a goldfish anymore," Lily whispered. "You're a magic zombie goldfish! You came back to life!"

Sparkle nuzzled Lily's cheek, leaving a trail of sparkles wherever he swam. From that night on, Lily and her zombie goldfish had amazing adventures. They raced raindrops down the windowpane, danced in moonbeams, and even helped other sick animals feel better with the magic lightning Sparkle now carried in his scales.

Lily learned that sometimes, the most wonderful things come from the saddest moments. And with a little love and magic, even goodbye isn't forever.
