The Vitamin Adventure

Lily loved running through the Whispering Woods, her curly red hair bouncing like springy noodles. Every morning, she'd grab her favorite thing—her grandpa's old wooden padel (that's like a tennis racket, but smaller!)—and venture into the magical forest beyond her backyard.

One sunny Tuesday, Lily discovered something extraordinary. Behind the oldest oak tree stood a small cottage with a sign that read: "DR. MOON'S VITAMIN SHOP."

Inside, shelves glowed with colorful jars. A kind-faced wizard with twinkling blue eyes appeared. "Ah, Lily! I've been waiting for someone brave like you."

"Me? Brave?" Lily touched her messy hair nervously. "I'm just a regular girl who likes running."

"True bravery is kindness," Dr. Moon said, handing her a sparkling orange vitamin. "This is for the friend you'll meet today."

Lily ran deeper into the woods than ever before. Suddenly, she heard sobbing. Behind a bush sat a green girl—well, she looked like a zombie girl, with patchy skin and stitches, but she was crying real tears.

"Everyone runs away from me," the zombie girl sniffled. "I'm Zara, and I'm lonely."

Lily's heart squeezed. She remembered Grandpa's words: "Don't judge someone by how they look."

"I won't run away," Lily said firmly. "Want to play padel ball?"

Zara's eyes widened. "Nobody ever asked me to play before!"

They played for hours. Zara was amazing at the game! Then Lily remembered the vitamin.

"This is for you," she said, giving Zara the sparkling orange vitamin. "Dr. Moon said it's for a new friend."

Zara ate it—and glowed with happiness. Her patchy skin became smooth and rosy. The vitamin hadn't changed her appearance—it had shown her true, beautiful self all along.

"Thank you, Lily," Zara beamed. "You saw ME, not what I look like."

From that day on, they ran through the woods together every day, Lily's red hair and Zara's dark braids flying in the wind. And sometimes, if you look closely in the Whispering Woods, you might still see them playing padel ball, laughing under the oldest oak tree.

Because the best magic isn't in vitamins or wizards—it's in friendship and seeing the good in everyone.
