The Thunder Bull's Garden

Lily loved exploring her grandmother's backyard, especially the hidden corner behind the old oak tree. That's where she found the magical pool—no bigger than a bathtub, with water that sparkled like captured stars.

One rainy afternoon, as lightning flashed across the sky, Lily noticed something extraordinary. From the pool emerged a tiny bull, no larger than her thumb, with fur that crackled like miniature storm clouds.

"I'm Bruno!" the bull announced in a voice like distant thunder. "And I need your help!"

Lily's eyes widened. "A talking bull? From my pool?"

"Not just any pool—it's a Thunder Pool!" Bruno explained. "I live in the clouds, but I fell during the storm. Now I can't get back without something special."

Lily knelt down. "What do you need?"

"Magic green leaves from the garden," Bruno said. "Specifically, spinach leaves grown with love!"

Lily giggled. "Spinach? But that's just vegetable!"

"Not in the cloud kingdom!" Bruno's tiny hooves danced. "There, spinach gives storm-bringers their power. Without it, I can't create enough lightning to fly home!"

Together they hurried to grandmother's garden. The spinach patch glowed faintly in the gray light. Lily carefully picked three perfect leaves.

"Now what?" she asked.

Bruno stood on the padel racket that Lily kept nearby—her favorite toy from summer games. "This will be my launchpad!" he declared.

Lily held the racket steady. Bruno ate the spinach leaves, and suddenly his fur began to glow and crackle. Tiny bolts of lightning danced around him.

"Thank you, Lily!" Bruno called as he launched upward, leaving a trail of sparkles. "Remember—the strongest magic comes from helping others!"

As the tiny bull disappeared into the clouds, the storm cleared, leaving behind the most beautiful rainbow Lily had ever seen. She realized that even ordinary things—spinach, a pool, an old racket—could become magical when mixed with kindness and courage.
