The Storm Vitamin Collector

Lily was a curious girl who loved storms. While other children hid inside when dark clouds gathered, Lily pressed her nose against the window, watching the sky dance.

One evening, as lightning crackled across the purple sky, something magical happened. A tiny lightning bug — no bigger than her thumb — glowed at her window, tapping gently. Lily opened it, and the bug buzzed excitedly, zigzagging toward the pond.

"Wait!" Lily called, running after it in her yellow rain boots.

At the pond's edge, the lightning bug landed on a lily pad. To Lily's wonder, the bug revealed a secret: during storms, special raindrops fell called "storm vitamins" — glowing droplets that could heal any creature. But they only appeared when lightning struck the water!

The bug demonstrated, running across the water's surface as if it were solid ground. Lily tried too — and discovered she could run on water too! Her boots made little splashes as she sprinted after the glowing droplets that appeared with each lightning flash.

Together, Lily and the lightning bug collected the precious vitamins in a special jar. They worked quickly, as the vitamins only stayed glowing for a few minutes.

When their jar was full, the lightning bug led Lily to a hollow tree where a mother fox nursed three sick kits. The vitamins, when mixed with water, created a sparkling medicine. The kits drank eagerly and soon were playing, their tails fluffy and bright again.

"Thank you!" the mother fox called as Lily waved goodbye.

As the storm passed and a rainbow stretched across the sky, the lightning bug gave Lily's hand a gentle squeeze. Lily realized that the real magic wasn't just the storm vitamins — it was friendship, and using your gifts to help others.

From then on, every storm became an adventure. Lily and her lightning bug friend would run across the water together, collecting magic to heal whoever needed it most.
