The Storm's Secret Game

bullbearlightninghairpadel

In a valley where meadows met mountains, lived a young bull named Barnaby with the fluffiest, curliest hair anyone had ever seen. Other bulls had smooth coats, but Barnaby's hair bounced like clouds when he ran.

Every afternoon, he watched a little bear named Bella practice something mysterious behind the old oak tree. Bella would swing a strange racquet at a ball, making it bounce off walls with a satisfying *thwack*.

"That's padel," Bella told him one day. "Want to try?"

Barnaby's hooves clacked nervously. "I'm too big. I'll trip."

"Just try," Bella smiled, holding out the racquet.

That's when the sky turned purple-green. Thunder rumbled like a giant's tummy. *CRACK!* Lightning streaked across the sky, so bright it turned everything silver.

"The storm court!" Bella grabbed Barnaby's hoof. "Only appears during lightning!"

They ran through the rain to a magical padel court that glowed with storm energy. The ball crackled like tiny lightning bolts when it hit the ground.

Barnaby swung with all his might. His curly hair flew like a halo. *WHOOSH!* The ball sailed through the air, leaving a trail of sparkles.

"You're a natural!" Bella cheered.

They played until the storm passed, laughing and splashing in puddles. Barnaby's hair was dripping, but he didn't care. For the first time, he felt light as a feather.

"Same time tomorrow?" Bella asked as the magical court faded away.

"Definitely," Barnaby grinned.

And every storm after that, the bull with the bouncing hair and the bear with the bright smile would meet at their secret court, discovering that the best games — and the best friends — appear when you least expect them, like magic in the rain.
