The Storm Bull's Secret Friend

Leo always took his bravery vitamin before big adventures. His grandmother said it gave him courage, though he suspected it was just a regular orange chewable shaped like a star. But tonight, something magical was about to happen.

A thunderstorm raged outside Leo's window. Lightning flashed across the sky like nature's fireworks, and he pressed his nose against the cold glass. That's when he saw it—a glowing cable of light stretching from the clouds down to his backyard, pulsing with golden energy.

Leo's heart pounded with excitement. He grabbed his yellow raincoat and boots, then slipped outside into the rainy night. The mysterious cable beckoned him closer, humming with a soft melody. Without thinking, he started running toward it, raindrops kissing his face like tiny silver butterflies.

Suddenly, the cable lifted him into the sky, higher and higher, until he landed on a fluffy cloud. There, waiting for him, was the most magnificent creature he had ever seen—a great bull made entirely of storm clouds and starlight, with eyes like lightning bolts and horns that crackled with energy.

"I've been waiting for someone brave enough to climb my sky-cable," the Storm Bull rumbled gently. "I create the lightning that paints the night sky, but I've been so lonely."

Leo reached out and touched the bull's cloudy nose. "I'm not scared," he said, and realized his grandmother's vitamin really had worked—or maybe courage had been inside him all along.

The Storm Bull smiled. "Would you like to help me paint the sky?"

Together, they danced among the clouds, creating beautiful lightning patterns that told stories in the night. Leo learned that the best adventures come from being brave enough to reach for the sky and that friendship can be found in the most unexpected places—even on a stormy night with a magical bull made of stars.

When Leo returned to his room, the storm had passed. But he knew that whenever lightning flashed, his friend was painting the sky just for him.
