The Storm Bull's Magical Game
Emma loved watching storms from her window. One rainy afternoon, she saw something incredible in the clouds above her backyard.
A giant bull made of fluffy gray clouds was galloping across the sky! His hooves made thunder rumble, and his horns glowed with sparkling lightning. Emma couldn't believe her eyes.
The storm bull stopped and looked down at her. With a friendly snort that sounded like distant thunder, he tossed something small and glowing through her window. Emma caught it — it was a magical baseball made of swirling water and light!
"Play with me!" the storm bull seemed to say with his twinkling cloud eyes.
Emma rushed outside, splashing through puddles. The bull tossed more water baseballs, and Emma hit them with her bat. CRACK! Each time she connected, the ball exploded into beautiful rainbows that showered her garden with magical water.
Her flowers started glowing and growing taller. Her tomato plants burst with ripe, juicy tomatoes. Even the old oak tree seemed to dance with joy!
But then Emma noticed the storm bull looked sad. His cloudy body was fading away. Without more water, he would disappear!
Emma had an idea. She aimed her bat at the garden hose and turned it on, spraying water toward the sky. The storm bull drank the water drops, growing stronger and brighter. His lightning horns sparkled even more brilliantly.
"Thank you, friend!" the bull's voice rumbled gently. He reached down and gave Emma the biggest, fluffiest cloud hug. From that day on, whenever it rained, Emma knew her storm bull friend was playing his magical game nearby.
And every baseball game she played afterwards, Emma remembered that the best players aren't just the ones who can hit the hardest — they're the ones who help their friends, no matter how different they might be.
