The Storm Bear's Secret

Emma had the most extraordinary **hair**—wild and curly, full of secrets. Whenever storms gathered, her tingles with electricity, as if the sky was whispering to her.

One rainy afternoon, Emma peeked into the cave behind Whisper Falls. There, shaking water from his golden fur, was a **bear**. But not just any bear—this bear's eyes sparkled like captured stars.

"You're not afraid of me?" the bear asked, surprised.

Emma shook her head. "You seem lonely."

The bear sighed. "I'm Finn, a storm bear. I fell from the clouds during last night's **lightning** storm, and now I can't get back home. Cloud bears belong in the sky, swimming through thunderheads like fish in the sea."

Emma's eyes widened. "That's the most magical thing I've ever heard!"

But Finn drooped. "I can't fly anymore. My storm magic is fading."

Suddenly, a grumpy voice boomed from above. A massive **bull** with fur dark as storm clouds stood on the cliff edge. His horns glowed with crackling energy.

"Another storm bear, causing trouble on my mountain?" grumbled the bull.

Emma stepped forward bravely. "He's not trouble. He's my friend, and he needs help."

The bull blinked. No one had ever called him a friend before. He was the Lightning Bull, guardian of storms—feared and respected, but always alone.

"I... I could help," the bull said quietly. "My lightning can charge storm magic again. But you must promise to visit me sometimes. Being guardian is lonely."

Finn's eyes lit up. "Really?"

Emma beamed. "Of course we'll visit! Friendship is the best magic of all."

The Lightning Bull summoned a gentle bolt that danced around Finn, restoring his golden glow. The storm bear rose into the air, **swimming** through clouds as if they were made of dreams.

"Thank you!" Finn called down, already becoming small against the sky. "I'll never forget you!"

The bull smiled—a rare, wonderful sight. Emma's hair crackled with happiness, brighter than any lightning. Some storms don't bring thunder or rain. Some bring the best kind of magic: friends who see the real you, even when you're lonely or different or lost far from home.
