The Starlight Pyramid
Lily had always been different. While other kids played video games, she explored the woods behind her house, looking for magic. One autumn evening, she spotted something glowing through the trees—a perfect crystal pyramid, no bigger than a lunchbox, pulsing with rainbow light.
As Lily reached for it, a massive shape emerged from the shadows. A bear! But not a scary bear. This bear had fur like spun honey and eyes full of ancient wisdom.
"You've found it," the bear rumbled gently. "The Starlight Pyramid. It appears only to those with pure hearts."
"What does it do?" Lily whispered, not afraid at all.
The bear smiled. "It shows you friends you never knew you had."
Suddenly, the pyramid blazed brilliant gold. A constellation came to life before them—a magnificent bull made of twinkling stars. The Star Bull lowered his head, and Lily saw kindness in his galaxy eyes.
"I am Taurus," the bull said, his voice like distant bells. "I've watched over this forest for a thousand years. But I was lonely until you came."
Lily couldn't believe it. A magical bear AND a star bull!
"Will you be my friends?" she asked.
The bear nodded. "Friends always."
The Star Bull pawed the ground happily. "And I'll light your way home whenever darkness falls."
That night, Lily learned something wonderful: magic is real, and the best friends come in the most unexpected packages. The pyramid had shown her that even a bear and a bull could be family.
Every night after, Lily visited her friends. And if you look closely at the stars on clear evenings, you might still see the Star Bull watching over a little girl and her bear friend, all thanks to one magical pyramid that chose to shine for someone who believed.
