The Starlight Bull's Secret
Lily loved her grandpa's old hat. It was purple with silver stars that shimmered in moonlight. Every night, she wore it to bed, pretending she was a secret spy on a magical mission.
One evening, Lily peeked through her telescope. A glowing bull pranced across the night sky! His hooves left trails of stardust that twinkled like tiny diamonds. The Starlight Bull!
"Are you lost?" Lily whispered, adjusting her spy-hat.
The bull dipped his head. His golden horns caught starlight, creating rainbows that danced on Lily's bedroom wall. She gasped in wonder.
Suddenly, she remembered something from her favorite book about the Padel—a magical racquet that could hit stardust into shapes! The bull was trying to play, but he had no one to play with.
"I'll help!" Lily grabbed her toy racquet. "I'll be your Padel partner!"
They played among the stars. The bull served stardust balls, and Lily hit them gently. Pop! They became butterflies. Pop! They became wishes. Pop! They became dreams for sleeping children everywhere.
"You're the best friend ever," the bull said, his voice like wind chimes. "I was so lonely up here."
"Me too," Lily admitted. "Sometimes it's hard being the new kid."
The bull nuzzled her hand. "You're never truly alone when you share your heart."
Every night after that, Lily and the Starlight Bull played Padel among the stars, spreading wishes and dreams. And whenever she felt lonely, she touched her purple hat and remembered: the best friends are found when you least expect them.
The bull still visits, bringing stardust gifts. Sometimes, if you look carefully at the night sky, you might see them playing—a reminder that friendship shines brighter than any star.
