The Starlight Bull's Secret

Emma loved exploring the forest behind her house. Every evening, she would spy on the animals from behind her favorite oak tree. One stormy night, something magical happened.

Lightning flashed across the sky like golden ribbons. Emma saw a magnificent bull standing in the meadow. But this wasn't an ordinary bull—his coat shimmered with starlight, and his horns glowed like moonbeams.

Emma crept closer, her heart pounding with wonder. The bull turned his massive head and looked right at her with eyes full of ancient wisdom.

"I've been waiting for you, little one," the bull spoke, his voice like thunder softened by pillows.

Emma's eyes went wide. "You can talk?"

"I am Orion, the Starlight Bull," he said. "Every hundred years, I visit this forest to share my magic. Would you like to see something wonderful?"

Emma nodded eagerly.

Orion lowered his head. From his horns, rained down tiny glowing orbs that looked like colorful candies. "These are star vitamins," he explained. "One bite gives you courage. Two bites gives you kindness. Three bites gives you the power to see magic everywhere."

Emma took one and nibbled it. It tasted like strawberries and sunshine. Suddenly, she noticed the fireflies dancing around her weren't just bugs—they were tiny fairies having a party! The owl in the tree was actually the forest's storyteller, sharing tales with anyone who listened.

"Now you understand," Orion said. "Magic isn't gone from the world, Emma. People just forget to look for it."

He touched his nose to her forehead. "Remember: kindness is the strongest magic of all. Share it freely, and you'll never be lonely."

With a final lightning flash, Orion vanished like a dream. But Emma knew it wasn't a dream. She had a new friend now—the whole magical world around her.

That night, Emma shared the remaining star vitamins with the lonely boy next door. Together, they became the best of friends, discovering magic in every sunrise and friendship in every smile.
