The Star Bull's Golden Hair

Lily loved spending her summer evenings at Grandma's farm, especially when the stars came out. One night, she saw something extraordinary—a glowing bull made of stardust slowly descending from the sky! His coat shimmered like silver, and his magnificent hair flowed like golden rivers in the moonlight.

"Hello there," the star bull spoke in a voice like gentle thunder. "I'm Orion. My hair got all tangled in the Milky Way on my way down to Earth."

Lily's eyes grew wide with wonder. "I can help you fix it! My grandma says I'm the best at untangling knots."

Orion landed softly beside her, his hooves making no sound. Lily carefully combed her fingers through his starry hair, telling him stories about her friends at school and her dreams of becoming an astronaut. As she worked, she learned that Orion had traveled from his constellation just to meet a human friend.

"You know," Orion said, "I've watched over Earth for thousands of years, but I've never had a friend who could touch me before. You're special, Lily."

When Orion's hair finally flowed smooth and beautiful again, he nuzzled Lily's hand gratefully. "Thank you, little friend. For your kindness, I'll grant you a wish."

Lily thought carefully. "I wish for all children to have a friend as wonderful as you."

Orion smiled, and his golden hair blazed brightly. "That's already true, Lily. Friends come in all shapes and sizes—you just have to look with your heart."

As Orion ascended back to his constellation, leaving a trail of sparkles, Lily understood the true magic of friendship. Some friends might have four legs, some might have golden hair, and some might even live among the stars. The best friends are the ones who make your heart shine brighter.

From that night on, whenever Lily looked up at Orion's constellation, she would wave, and she could almost see his golden hair twinkling back at her, reminding her that kindness creates the most beautiful friendships in the universe.
