The Sphinx Who Loved Padel

Lily discovered the magic garden behind her grandmother's house on a sunny Tuesday morning. There, resting between two giant rosebushes, sat a small golden sphinx with sparkling blue eyes.

"Hello there!" said the sphinx. "I'm Cleo. Would you like to play padel with me?"

Lily had never seen a sphinx before, but she loved making new friends. "I don't know how to play padel," she admitted.

Cleo laughed, a sound like wind chimes. "It's simple! We use magical rackets to hit a glowing ball back and forth. Every catch fills your heart with happiness!"

They played for hours, but then Cleo stopped suddenly. Her golden fur looked dull, and she sighed deeply. "I haven't taken my sunshine vitamin today. Without it, I feel too weak to play."

"What's a sunshine vitamin?" Lily asked.

"It's not in a bottle," Cleo explained. "It comes from helping others. When I'm kind, I glow with energy!"

Just then, a small bull with oversized horns trotted into the garden. He looked sad and lonely. "Nobody wants to be my friend," said the bull softly. "They're scared of my horns."

Lily's heart went out to him. "I'll be your friend!" she declared. "And I'm sure Cleo will too."

Cleo's eyes brightened. "Yes! Let's show him our special padel game. It's more fun with three players!"

They invited the bull to join their game. At first, he was clumsy and missed the ball. But Lily and Cleo cheered for every try. "You're doing great!" "Almost got it!" "That's better than before!"

As they played together, Cleo's golden fur began to glow brighter and brighter. The sunshine vitamin of friendship and kindness was working its magic!

By sunset, all three friends sat tired but happy under the rosebushes. The bull's loneliness had vanished, Cleo's energy had returned, and Lily had learned something wonderful: kindness is the strongest vitamin of all.

"Same time tomorrow?" asked the bull.

"Absolutely," said Lily, hugging her two new friends. "Being a friend is the best adventure of all."
