The Sphinx's Water Game

Lily loved exploring behind her house, especially near the old pond where dragonflies danced like tiny helicopters. One sunny afternoon, she spotted something strange—a shimmering golden **cable** half-buried in the mud. It hummed with a gentle glow, as if it were alive.
