One sunny afternoon, ten-year-old Emma was exploring her grandmother's attic when she discovered something extraordinary - an old dusty book with a golden pyramid on the cover. As she opened it, her iphone suddenly began to glow with a mysterious purple light!

"To enter the Secret Garden, bring something orange and something green," whispered a magical voice from the phone.

Emma's heart raced with excitement! She rushed to the kitchen and grabbed a juicy orange from the fruit bowl and a handful of fresh spinach from the refrigerator. Her hands trembled as she placed them on the open book.

A brilliant rainbow swirled around her, transporting Emma to a wondrous world filled with sparkling flowers and twinkling fireflies. Before her stood a magnificent creature - the Sphinx! With the body of a golden lion and the head of a wise person, the Sphinx smiled kindly at Emma.

"Welcome, brave traveler," the Sphinx purred. "For many centuries, I have guarded this magical garden. But I have been lonely. No one has answered my riddle for three thousand years!"

Emma stepped forward bravely. "I'll try my best!"

The Sphinx's amber eyes sparkled. "Here is my riddle: I am orange like the sun, yet green like the leaves. I make you strong and healthy, and I taste wonderful both ways. What am I?"

Emma thought carefully. She remembered the orange she had brought and the spinach... but then she had an idea!

"A carrot!" she exclaimed proudly. "Carrots grow underground with green leaves, and they're orange!"

The Sphinx's face lit up with joy. "Correct! You have solved my riddle!"

As the Sphinx stamped her huge paw in approval, the garden burst into bloom with flowers of every color imaginable. "You have freed me from loneliness," the Sphinx said warmly. "Would you like to be my friend?"

Emma grinned from ear to ear. "Yes! But I have to go home for dinner soon."

"Take this magical orange," the Sphinx offered, pressing a glowing fruit into Emma's hand. "Whenever you need a friend, hold it and think of me. And remember - true friendship is the greatest treasure of all."

Emma felt herself spinning back through the rainbow. She woke up on the attic floor, her iphone showing a picture of a beautiful sphinx. In her hand, a real orange pulsed with gentle warmth.

Grandma called from downstairs, "Emma! Time for dinner! We're having your favorite!"

Emma smiled, clutching her magical orange. She knew she would visit her new friend again soon. And from that day on, Emma was never truly lonely, because she had learned the most important lesson of all - friendship can be found in the most unexpected places, even with a Sphinx who loves riddles and oranges!
