The Sphinx's Magic Vitamin

Lily loved exploring the attic of her old house. One rainy afternoon, she found something peculiar behind a stack of dusty boxes—a tiny golden door, no bigger than a toaster.

Curious, Lily knelt down and pressed her finger to the door's handle. With a soft *click*, it swung open, revealing a spiral staircase that shimmered with rainbow light.

"Hello?" she called, stepping through.

At the bottom stood a magnificent creature with the body of a lion and the head of a wise woman. It was a sphinx!

"Welcome, young adventurer," the sphinx rumbled gently. "I am Cleo, guardian of the Magic Vitamin. But oh dear, I'm in such trouble!"

"What's wrong?" Lily asked.

Cleo sighed. "Beyond the Candy Cane Forest, my friend Zed has become a zombie. He used to be the most cheerful zombie in the kingdom, always dancing and telling jokes. But now he's forgotten how to smile, and he just shuffles around saying 'brains' in a very grumpy voice."

"Can we help him?"

"Perhaps!" Cleo's eyes sparkled. "The Magic Vitamin might cure his grumpiness. But I need someone brave to bring it to him. Will you come?"

Lily nodded vigorously. Together, they traveled through a forest where lollipops grew on trees and chocolate rivers flowed. Finally, they found Zed sitting sadly on a mushroom.

"Zed!" Lily called. "We brought you something special!"

The sphinx held out a glowing orange pill—the Magic Vitamin. "This will help you remember all the happy things inside you."

Zed took it reluctantly. *Gulp!*

Suddenly, his green skin began to shimmer. His dull eyes brightened. A huge grin spread across his face.

"I remember!" Zed cheered, jumping up. "I love dancing! And hugs! And making new friends!" He twirled Lily around in a joyful zombie dance.

Cleo smiled. "The Magic Vitamin doesn't just cure bodies—it wakes up the happiness already inside your heart."

Lily learned something important that day: sometimes, when people seem grumpy or forgot how to be happy, they just need a little kindness to remember who they really are.

As she climbed back through the golden door, Lily tucked this wisdom in her pocket, ready to share magic and kindness wherever she went.
