The Sphinx in Leo's Palm

Leo was a curious boy who loved exploring his grandmother's attic. One sunny afternoon, while rummaging through dusty boxes, he found something extraordinary – a tiny golden sphinx no bigger than his palm.

"Hello there," Leo whispered, and to his amazement, the sphinx opened its emerald eyes!

"I've been waiting for someone kind like you," said the sphinx in a voice like tinkling bells. "I am Cleo, guardian of the Lost Realm. But I need your help!"

Leo's heart raced with excitement. "What do you need?"

"My friend Zara has been trapped by the Lonely Wizard's spell," Cleo explained. "She's stuck in a magical iphone screen, and only someone with a pure heart can free her."

Leo's grandmother had given him her old iphone for games. Now he understood – it wasn't just a phone, it was a portal!

Holding Cleo gently, Leo rushed to his room and tapped the iphone screen. It shimmered like moonlight on water, revealing a beautiful garden. But there, in the center, stood a lonely figure – a zombie girl with flower-painted skin and butterflies in her green hair.

"Zara!" Cleo cried. "Are you okay?"

Zara smiled sadly. "I'm not scary. I just wanted friends, but everyone ran away. The Lonely Wizard trapped me here because he was lonely too."

Leo realized something important – sometimes people who seemed different just needed someone to give them a chance.

"We're your friends now," Leo said bravely, reaching through the magical screen.

When his hand touched Zara's, the spell broke! The Lonely Wizard appeared, crying. "I just wanted someone to play with."

Leo smiled. "Then come play with us!"

That afternoon, Leo, Cleo, Zara, and the Wizard played the most magical game of tag ever. And Leo learned that true friends look past appearances – whether you're a sphinx, a zombie, or a lonely wizard, everyone deserves friendship and kindness.

That night, the sphinx winked at Leo from his nightstand. The best adventures, she seemed to say, are the ones we share with friends.
