The Sky-High Baseball Field

Leo loved **running** through his backyard, especially on golden afternoons when the sun painted everything in warm honey colors. But today, something caught his eye—a shimmering silver **cable** stretched across the grass, glowing as if filled with starlight.

"Where does it go?" Leo whispered. His fingers brushed the cable, and suddenly WHOOSH! He was lifted into the air, soaring above clouds that looked like cotton candy.

The cable dropped him gently onto something impossible—a floating island where giant **palm** trees grew baseballs instead of coconuts. Splashing in a crystal pool was a cloud-colored creature with twinkling eyes.

"I'm Pip!" the creature cheered. "Play ball with me?"

Leo laughed as baseballs fell from the palms like gentle rain. He and Pip played the most wonderful game ever—the balls turned into butterflies when caught, and the bat made music with every swing.

"I'm not very good at sports," Leo admitted shyly.

Pip smiled. "Here, nobody keeps score. We play for joy!"

They played until sunset painted the sky pink and orange. As Leo held out his **palm**, a tiny baseball-shaped flower bloomed there—Pip's gift.

"Visit anytime!" Pip called as the silver cable carried Leo home.

That night, Leo pressed the magical flower to his heart. He learned that the best adventures aren't about winning—they're about finding friends who love the same things you do, especially when those things are completely, wonderfully impossible.
