The Secret Star Friend

Lily loved **running** through her backyard at twilight, when the sky turned purple and the fireflies began their nightly dance. But this evening, something magical happened.

Behind the old oak tree, she spotted a tiny creature no bigger than her thumb, glowing like a miniature moon. Lily became a gentle **spy**, watching from behind the bushes as the little being tugged at something in the grass – a strange, shimmering **cable** that seemed to be made of twisted moonlight and stardust.

The creature looked like a small star that had fallen to earth, and it was clearly stuck. Lily's heart raced with wonder. She crept closer, holding out her open **palm**.

"Come here, little friend," she whispered.

The star-being hesitated, then climbed into her hand. Its light was warm and tingled against her skin. Lily noticed the moonbeam **cable** was tangled around an old root. Carefully, she untangled the glowing thread while the creature watched with eyes like tiny diamonds.

"Thank you," the star-thing seemed to say without speaking, its light pulsing with gratitude. Then it did something surprising – it pressed a tiny glowing particle into her palm. "This is a **vitamin** for your heart," it seemed to communicate. "It will help you believe in magic always."

The star-being scurried up its moonbeam **cable**, ascending toward the first star appearing in the evening sky. Lily stood there, **running** her thumb over the tiny speck of light in her palm, feeling braver and more alive than ever before.

From that night on, whenever Lily felt scared or lonely, she would remember the secret star friend who trusted her. And she knew that magic was real, as long as you kept your heart open enough to see it.
