The Secret Pyramid of Sunset Field

Leo and Mia were the best spies in the whole world—or at least in their backyard. Every afternoon after school, they'd pull on their special spy sunglasses and go on top-secret missions.

"Operation Baseball Diamond is a go!" Leo whispered into his walkie-talkie. Mia giggled, her curly ponytail bouncing as they crept toward the old baseball field behind their houses.

But today something strange happened. As the sun began to set, golden light spilled across the empty baseball diamond—and right there on the pitcher's mound stood a glowing pyramid. It was tiny, no bigger than a lunchbox, but it pulsed with rainbow colors.

"Do you see what I see?" Leo gasped.

"I spy with my little eye... a MAGIC pyramid!" Mia exclaimed.

As curious spies, they knew they had to investigate. The moment they touched the pyramid, WHOOSH! They tumbled through swirls of starlight and landed on a sandy field surrounded by enormous pyramids.

Children in ancient clothes cheered. "Play! Play!" they shouted, pointing at Leo's baseball glove.

An Egyptian girl named Nefert approached shyly. She held a ball made of papyrus and asked if Leo wanted to play. They spent hours playing the most wonderful game—part baseball, part tag, all laughter. Even without speaking the same language, they understood joy and friendship.

"Friends forever," Nefert said, pressing something into Leo's hand. It was a tiny golden pyramid.

WHOOOOSH! They were back on the baseball field as stars twinkled above. The pyramid on the pitcher's mound had vanished.

"Was that a dream?" Mia wondered.

Leo opened his hand. There sat the tiny golden pyramid, warm and glowing.

"Best spy mission ever," he grinned.

They learned that magic hides everywhere, especially in the games we play and the friends we make. And sometimes, the best discoveries happen when you're curious enough to look.
