The Secret Pool of Wonder

Lily loved swimming. Every summer day, she'd splash in her backyard pool, but she dreamed of something more magical.

One moonlit night, she peeked through her window and saw something amazing — her pool was glowing! Soft rainbow lights rippled across the water like liquid stars.

She tiptoed outside in her pajamas. The moment her toes touched the water, tiny glowing fish appeared, swimming around her fingers. They weren't ordinary fish — they were magic fish that whispered secrets.

"You're not alone," a fish whispered.

Lily looked up and saw her best friend Maya peeking through the fence.

"I'm here to spy on the magic too!" Maya whispered, climbing over with a giggle. "I saw the glow from my bedroom window."

Together they slipped into the warm, sparkling water. The magic fish led them deeper, and suddenly they weren't in a normal pool anymore — they were swimming through a sky full of constellations! Stars brushed past like friendly fireflies.

"I feel like we're flying!" Maya laughed, doing somersaults.

A wise old turtle with a shell like a galaxy swam up. "Welcome, young explorers. This pool is a portal between worlds. But remember — magic is best shared with friends."

The fish formed a message in the water: BE KIND, BE BRAVE, BE CURIOUS.

Lily and Maya spent the night swimming through galaxies, meeting creatures made of moonlight and stardust. When morning came, the pool looked ordinary again.

"Was it a dream?" Maya asked, squeezing Lily's hand.

Lily pointed at their wrists — each wore a tiny glowing bracelet made of starlight.

"Real magic," Lily smiled.
