The Secret Pool in the Sky

Max was not an ordinary dog. He was a golden retriever with a very special talent — he could see magic where others saw only ordinary things. One summer afternoon, while his human Lily was reading, Max noticed something strange. An orange cable was snaking through the grass, glowing with a soft, mysterious light. Being a curious and clever sort of dog, Max decided to follow it.

"You found my magic cable!" Bubbles cheered. "I'm the Guardian of the Dream Pool. I help children have wonderful adventures in their sleep. But my cable got disconnected, and now I can't reach the dream world!"

Max knew just what to do. Being a very good dog who loved helping friends, he gently took the orange cable in his mouth and followed Bubbles' instructions. He plugged it back into a small sparkling socket at the bottom of the pool. POP! The water turned into rainbow colors.

"Thank you, brave dog!" Bubbles said, giving Max a special blessing — whenever he swam in this pool, he could breathe underwater and talk to fish. Max rushed back to Lily, barking excitedly.

That night, Lily had the most wonderful dream about swimming with talking fish in a magical orange pool. And Max? He slept beside her, dreaming of his next adventure as the most magical spy dog in the world.
