The Secret Pool Behind the Garden

Lily loved exploring her grandmother's backyard. It was full of surprises, but the best one was hidden behind the old papaya tree.

"You can talk?" Lily whispered, her eyes wide.

"Only to special friends," Goldie said with a smile. "Would you like to see something amazing?"

Goldie swam in circles, and suddenly the water began to glow. The pool turned into a magical mirror showing different places—underwater coral reefs, snowy mountains, even the moon!

"Where are we?" Lily gasped.

"This is the Wonder Pool," Goldie explained. "It shows children who believe in magic all the wonderful places in the world. But you have to share its magic."

Lily ran inside and grabbed the ripest papaya from her grandmother's kitchen. She brought it back to the pool and shared pieces with Goldie.

"Delicious!" Goldie said. "You know, Lily, the best magic is the magic we share with friends."

From that day on, Lily visited Goldie every day. She learned that the papaya tree and the pool were connected—they both grew from the same magic seed planted long ago. And Lily discovered something wonderful: real magic isn't about flying or casting spells. It's about friendship, kindness, and sharing wonderful moments with the friends you meet in unexpected places.
