The Secret Pool Agent
Leo dipped his toes into the shimmering blue pool, sending ripples dancing across the surface like tiny silver fish. It was the hottest day of summer, and the cool water called to him like a magical invitation.
"I'm a secret agent," whispered Mia, adjusting her imaginary sunglasses. "My mission is to find the biggest splash."
Leo laughed and splashed water at his best friend. "I'll be the spy who catches you!"
But suddenly, the pool water began to glow with an extraordinary emerald light. The ripples stopped moving. Everything became silent, except for a strange, gentle sound: *thump, drag, thump, drag.*
"What's that?" Leo whispered, his eyes wide.
From behind the garden fence appeared not a monster, but the most curious sight—a girl with silver hair that floated around her head like moonlight. She walked slowly, as if she were floating underwater, even though she was on dry land.
"I think she might be... a zombie," whispered Mia, but she didn't sound scared. She sounded fascinated.
The silver-haired girl tilted her head. "I'm not a zombie. I'm Luna from the Cloud Kingdom. I'm just sleepy because I forgot how to dream."
The pool water sparkled brighter. "You need to dream again," Leo said suddenly. "Jump in!"
Luna stepped into the magical pool, and suddenly—WHOOSH! The three friends found themselves floating in a sky filled with golden stars and purple clouds. Luna's hair turned from silver to brilliant rainbow colors.
"I remember!" she laughed. "I'm the Cloud Kingdom's keeper of happy dreams!"
The next morning, Leo and Mia woke up to find their regular pool looked exactly the same. But in their pockets, they each found a tiny crystal star that shimmered with rainbow light.
"We make the best spy team," Mia said, grinning.
"Best friends forever," Leo agreed. "And now we have a friend in the clouds too."
That night, both children dreamed of purple clouds and silver hair, and somewhere high above, Luna sent happy dreams down to every child who believed in magic and friendship.
