Leo pressed his eye to the telescope, scanning the backyard. 'Operation Splash is a go!' he whispered to his best friend Sam. They were on their most important spy mission ever—discovering what magical secrets lived in Sam's new swimming pool.

The water sparkled like liquid diamonds under the summer sun. As the two spies crept closer, something amazing happened. Tiny glowing creatures popped up from the water!
