The Secret of the Sunken Pyramid

Lila loved swimming more than anything in the world. Every summer day, she'd dive into the turquoise water near her grandmother's house, imagining hidden treasures beneath the waves.

One morning, while swimming deeper than usual, something glimmered beneath her. A golden pyramid, covered in swaying seaweed and colorful coral, rested on the ocean floor. But this wasn't like the pyramids in her books—this one glowed with warm light, even though she was deep underwater.

Curious, Lila swam closer. The pyramid's entrance was covered in something unusual—papayas! Dozens of bright orange papayas floated around the opening like magical bubbles, their sweet scent somehow carrying through the water.

"Welcome, young swimmer," a gentle voice bubbled from inside. Lila met Marina, a mermaid who tended the underwater pyramid's magical garden. "This pyramid grows the finest fruits in all seven seas. But only those who truly love the ocean may enter."

Marina showed Lila around—chambers filled with bioluminescent flowers, libraries of waterproof scrolls, and the papaya garden, where the special papayas could grant wishes to pure hearts.

"But why papayas?" Lila asked.

"Because," Marina smiled, "they're the fruit of friendship. Sweet, unexpected, and full of surprises."

Lila visited the pyramid every day that summer, learning about ocean creatures and helping Marina tend the magical garden. When summer ended, Marina gave her a special papaya that would stay fresh forever.
