The Secret of the Silver Pyramid
Lily loved the old cable car that swung over the sparkling blue ocean. Every summer morning, she'd ride it to the tiny island where her grandmother lived. But today, something magical happened.
As the cable car creaked along, Lily spotted something glittering deep beneath the waves. A silver pyramid! She pressed her nose against the glass, her curly hair bouncing with excitement.
"Grandma! I saw a pyramid underwater!" Lily burst into the cottage. "We have to go swimming right now!"
Her grandmother smiled, her silver hair shining like moonlight. "Ah, the Silver Pyramid. Only the pure of heart can find its treasure."
They swam together, diving deeper and deeper. Fish in every color of the rainbow danced around them. Finally, there it was—the Silver Pyramid, glowing softly.
Inside, Lily made a wonderful discovery. A tiny octopus was hiding behind a coral rock, watching them like a little spy. He had the biggest, kindest eyes Lily had ever seen.
"I'm Ollie," the octopus bubbled. "I guard the Friendship Pearl. But I'm so lonely here."
Lily's heart melted. "Will you be my friend, Ollie?"
Ollie's eight arms wiggled with joy. "Oh yes! And I have magic hair that can grant wishes!"
Sure enough, Ollie's head had soft, shimmering hair that changed colors with his feelings. Pink for happy, blue for calm, yellow for excited.
Lily wished for all children to find such wonderful friends. Suddenly, the Silver Pyramid sparkled brighter than ever. Magical bubbles floated up to the surface, carrying friendship wishes to children everywhere.
Every summer after that, Lily rode the cable car to visit Ollie. They'd swim and play and make new wishes together. And whenever Lily felt lonely, she'd remember: the best treasure isn't gold or jewels—it's a friend who cares about you.
