The Secret of the Midnight Pool
Lily loved the full moon. Every month, she would sneak to the window at midnight to watch it glow silver and bright.
One magical night, she noticed something strange. The swimming **pool** in her backyard was shimmering with rainbow light! curious, Lily tiptoed outside in her pajamas.
To her surprise, a tiny creature sat on the pool's edge. It looked like a miniature **bull**, the size of a teddy bear, with soft golden fur and kind brown eyes. He held a small silver **padel** racket.
"Hello!" the bull squeaked. "I'm Barnaby, the Moon's specialest **spy**! I watch over children's dreams."
Lily gasped. "A spy bull? That's amazing!"
Barnaby nodded sadly. "But I've lost something precious. My Moon Crystal fell into this pool, and without it, children's dreams will fade."
Lily wanted to help. She reached toward the water, but the bull stopped her.
"Wait!" Barnaby said gently. "The pool is enchanted. You need magic permission first." He pointed his tiny padel at the water. "Let me read your **palm**."
Lily held out her hand. The bull traced the lines with his hoof. "Oh my! You have the Heart Line of a Brave Friend. You may enter!"
Together, they dove into the glowing water. But it wasn't water anymore—it was a beautiful starry world!
They found the Moon Crystal stuck on a coral reef. But a grumpy crab guarded it.
"Please," Lily said kindly. "We need this to save children's dreams."
The crab crossed his arms. "What will you give me?"
Lily thought. She couldn't give anything she owned. Then she had an idea.
"Friendship," she said. "And a promise to visit you every full moon."
The crab's eyes widened. No one had ever offered him friendship before. He smiled and gave them the crystal.
"Thank you!" Lily and Barnaby cheered together.
That night, Lily learned that kindness and friendship are the most powerful magic of all. And every full moon, she still visits her magical bull friend—and the crab too!
