The Secret Garden Pyramid
Max was a small brown dog with floppy ears and a very wiggly tail. He loved digging in his grandmother's garden, especially on sunny afternoons. One day, his nose twitched. Something smelled different.
Max dug faster and faster until—clink! His paws hit something hard. He brushed away the dirt and uncovered a tiny golden pyramid, no bigger than his paw. It had strange glowing symbols that pulsed like fireflies.
As Max touched the pyramid with his nose, the garden around him shimmered and changed. The flowers grew tall as trees. The grasshoppers became as big as kittens. And suddenly, Max wasn't in the garden anymore.
He stood before a magnificent pyramid made entirely of green crystals. Surrounding it was a moat of sparkling blue water that flowed uphill, defying gravity. Max had never seen anything so magical!
"Hello there, little friend!" said a voice.
Max spun around. A girl about his age with hair the color of spinach leaves smiled at him. She wore a dress made of woven grass and held a staff topped with a water droplet.
"I'm Lily," she said. "This is the Pyramid of Growing Things. What's your name?"
Max woofed softly and wagged his tail.
Lily laughed. "Max! What a perfect name for an adventurer. Come, I'll show you something wonderful."
She led Max to the pyramid's entrance. Inside, the walls glowed with images of plants and animals. But the most amazing sight waited in the center: a floating garden where vegetables grew from clouds instead of soil.
"This is where food gets its magic," Lily explained. "But someone has been stealing the green magic. No more spinach, no more broccoli, no more peas!"
Max's ears perked up. He knew exactly who could help. He woofed urgently and tugged Lily's hand.
Back in the real garden, Max led Lily to his grandmother's vegetable patch. There, among the tomato plants, sat a very sad-looking rabbit.
"Oh!" said Lily. "He wasn't stealing. He was lonely!"
Max nudged the rabbit gently. The rabbit hopped to Max and licked his nose. Then he did something surprising—he led them to a hidden patch of the most beautiful spinach any of them had ever seen, glowing with tiny lights.
"He was trying to grow his own magic garden," Lily realized. "He just needed a friend to help him."
That day, Max made two new friends: Lily the garden guardian, and Clover the rabbit. And whenever he missed them, he would touch the golden pyramid (which his grandmother let him keep) and visit their magical world, where water flowed uphill and vegetables grew from clouds, and friendship was the most powerful magic of all.
