The Rainbow Hair Adventure

Mia loved exploring, but today she was bored. Her grandma had given her a bottle of gummy vitamins, but these weren't ordinary vitamins. They were shimmering with rainbow colors.

"One each morning," Grandma had whispered. "But remember — magic only works when you help others."

Mia took one vitamin. Suddenly, her brown hair began to change color! First pink, then blue, then green — like a living rainbow cascading down her shoulders. She grabbed her iPhone to take a photo, but something magical happened. The screen showed a glowing pyramid beneath her neighborhood swimming pool!

"Whoa!" Mia gasped. The pyramid was made of crystal and pulsing with golden light.

She rushed to the pool and dove into the cool water. Swimming downward, she reached the crystal pyramid. Inside, she found a tiny creature — a Water Sprite with sad eyes.

"My friends are trapped in the enchanted coral," the Sprite cried. "I've been waiting for someone with rainbow hair. Only magic hair can break the spell!"

Mia's rainbow hair glowed brighter as she swam through the coral. Each strand of her hair touched a trapped friend, and — POP! — they were freed! Ten Water Sprites danced around her, their smiles sparkling like tiny stars.

"Thank you!" they cheered. "Your friendship saved us!"

Mia swam back to the surface, her hair still glowing with rainbow colors. She snapped a photo with her iPhone, and this time it captured everything — the magic, the friendship, the adventure.

Grandma winked when Mia showed her the picture. "I knew you'd use your magic for good. The best vitamin is kindness, Mia. It makes your heart — and your hair — shine."

That night, Mia dreamed of crystal pyramids and rainbow hair, knowing that the greatest adventures begin with a helping hand and a brave heart.
