The Pyramid Secret

Leo loved baseball more than anything. Every afternoon, he would practice in his backyard, hitting his favorite baseball into the air and dreaming of becoming a famous player. But today was different. Today, something magical was about to happen.

As Leo rounded the bases he'd drawn in the dirt, he spotted something strange near the old oak tree. A perfect golden pyramid, no bigger than his shoe, glowed in the sunlight. When he picked it up, the pyramid hummed with warmth.

"Hello?" called a tiny voice. Leo jumped! A miniature bull with silver wings peeked from behind the pyramid. "I'm Ferdinand, and I need your help!"

The winged bull explained that he was a secret spy from the Cloud Kingdom, sent to find the legendary Golden Pyramid. "This pyramid," Ferdinand whispered, "grants one wish to anyone with a pure heart. But we must hurry! The Shadow Spies are searching for it too."

Leo's eyes widened. A spy adventure! "How do we get there?"

Ferdinand pointed to a thick cable stretching from the pyramid into the sky. "The Sky Cable! Hold on tight."

Leo grabbed the cable with one hand and clutched his baseball in the other. WHOOSH! They zoomed upward, past birds and clouds, until a magnificent castle appeared.

Inside the pyramid's chamber, Leo faced his choice. What would he wish for? To be the greatest baseball player ever? Unlimited toys? Endless ice cream?

He looked at Ferdinand, who had become his friend. Leo thought about his teammates, his family, and all the people who made his life wonderful.

"I wish," Leo said clearly, "that everyone in the world finds at least one true friend."

The pyramid flashed brilliantly. Leo found himself back in his yard, the golden pyramid now just a shiny stone. But in his pocket, he found a silver feather.

His baseball landed near his feet. Leo smiled, picking it up. Some treasures weren't magical at all—the real magic was friendship, adventure, and a heart full of kindness.

And sometimes, the best wishes were the ones you shared with the world.
