The Pyramid of Wonders

Lily loved exploring her grandmother's attic. One rainy afternoon, she found something strange—a small golden pyramid tucked between old boxes. It glowed when she touched it!

Her dog Baxter, a fluffy golden retriever, wagged his tail excitedly. The pyramid hummed with magic. Suddenly, a tiny door opened, and inside sat a miniature orange that sparkled like a jewel.

"This must be a treasure!" Lily whispered.

But that night, she lost her mom's iPhone somewhere in the house. Lily searched everywhere—under beds, in closets, even in the bathtub. Nothing.

Baxter nudged her hand with his wet nose. He barked three times and ran to the golden pyramid.

Lily's eyes widened. "You want me to use the pyramid?"

She held it tight and made a wish. The pyramid flashed brilliantly! In its light, she saw something glowing under the baseball glove in her room. There was the missing phone!

Grandma smiled when Lily told her the story. "The pyramid was your great-grandfather's. It only works for kind children who believe in magic—and who have good friends like Baxter."

That weekend, Lily played baseball with her team. Every time she looked at the dog pile in the dugout, she remembered: true treasures aren't golden objects or magical oranges. They're the friends who help you, the family who loves you, and the magic of believing in impossible things.

Baxter barked as if agreeing. Lily hugged him tight, the golden pyramid safe on her shelf—a reminder that the best adventures are the ones you share with friends.
