The Pyramid of Wishing Vitamins

Lily loved exploring her grandmother's attic. One rainy Saturday, she discovered something extraordinary—a golden pyramid the size of a mango, glowing with mysterious light. Her golden retriever, Barnaby, wagged his tail excitedly beside her.

"What do you think it is?" Lily whispered, turning the pyramid in her hands. Suddenly, it clicked open, revealing tiny colorful crystals inside.

A clever red fox appeared at the attic window, peering through the glass with intelligent amber eyes. Lily gasped, but the fox didn't run away. Instead, it spoke!

"Those are magic wishing vitamins," said the fox, whose name was Felix. "Each one grants a special wish. But choose wisely—the pyramid only opens once every hundred years."

Lily's heart raced. She could wish for anything! Her dad had been searching for his old iphone with all their family photos—the one he'd lost at the park last month. But then she thought about her friend Emma, who couldn't run and play because she was sick.

"These vitamins could help someone who really needs them," Lily said thoughtfully. Barnaby nudged her hand with his warm nose, as if agreeing.

Felix the fox nodded approvingly. "True magic isn't about getting what you want. It's about helping others."

Lily took the blue vitamin—the color of healing—and wished for Emma to feel better. That night, Emma's mom called, saying Emma had suddenly recovered and was asking to play.

The next morning, Lily's dad found his iphone exactly where he'd left it, all photos safe. He said it was like magic.

Lily smiled, knowing the real magic wasn't the pyramid at all. It was kindness. Felix appeared one last time, winking, before disappearing into the forest. Barnaby barked happily, and Lily knew she'd made the right choice.

Sometimes, the best wishes are the ones we make for others.
