The Pyramid of Wishes
Barnaby was a curious brown bear who lived near a sparkling blue pond. One sunny afternoon, he noticed something strange – a shimmering golden pyramid had appeared overnight beside the water. It glowed and hummed with mysterious energy.
Barnaby approached cautiously and discovered a tiny goldfish swimming inside the pyramid! The fish's scales sparkled like diamonds.
"Hello!" said the goldfish. "I'm Pearl, the Guardian of Wishes. This pyramid grants one special wish to those with kind hearts."
Barnaby's eyes widened. "I wish for more honey!"
Pearl giggled. "That's a simple wish. But true magic comes from helping others."
Suddenly, a baby rabbit hopped out from behind a palm tree, crying because she couldn't reach the delicious fruit at the top. Barnaby looked at the pyramid, then at the sad rabbit.
"Pearl," Barnaby said, "I wish I could help my friend reach those palm fruits!"
The pyramid burst with brilliant light! When it faded, Barnaby had grown tall and strong – just for a moment. He lifted the little rabbit safely up to the sweet fruits.
"Thank you, Barnaby!" cheered the rabbit.
Pearl smiled. "You made the perfect choice. The best wishes are the ones that help others."
The pyramid vanished, but Pearl remained in the pond as Barnaby's special friend. And every time Barnaby helped someone, the water sparkled a little brighter, reminding him that kindness is the most powerful magic of all.
