The Pyramid of Sweet Dreams

Lily loved exploring her grandmother's magical garden, where the palm trees whispered secrets and flowers hummed lullabies. One moonlit night, she noticed something strange—a shimmering golden pyramid glowing beside the oldest palm tree.

Inside the crystal pyramid, Lily saw a small creature moving slowly. It looked like a zombie, with tousled green hair and clumsy steps, but its eyes were kind and lonely.

"Please help me," the zombie whispered through the glass. "I'm Zimbly, the Dream Keeper. I've been trapped for one hundred years!"

Lily pressed her palm against the pyramid. "How can I help?"

"The magic word is friendship," Zimbly said. "But I forgot how to say it."

Lily smiled. "That's easy! You don't say it—you show it."

Every night for a week, Lily visited Zimbly. She shared her stories, left flowers, and sang songs. The palm tree stretched its leaves to create shade for them. Slowly, Zimbly's clumsy steps became graceful, and his green hair began to sparkle.

On the seventh night, the pyramid's crystal walls dissolved like sugar in warm tea. Zimbly danced out, no longer a zombie but a glowing Dream Keeper with butterfly wings.

"Thank you, Lily," he said. "Your friendship broke the spell. Loneliness made me a zombie, but your heart made me whole again."

Zimbly sprinkled golden dust over the garden. "Now all children will have sweet dreams forever."

He pressed his palm to Lily's hand, leaving a small rainbow mark. "Whenever you feel lonely, touch this spot and remember—you're never truly alone when you have friends."

Lily ran back to her house, the palm trees waving goodbye. From that night on, she always left her window open, letting sweet dreams float in from Zimbly's magical pyramid.

And sometimes, if you look carefully at moonlight, you can still see a tiny golden pyramid shimmering beside the oldest palm tree, waiting for any child who believes in the magic of friendship.
