The Pyramid of Friendship Magic

Lily's golden **dog**, Sunny, had the most magical nose in the world. It could sniff out hidden treasures buried beneath three feet of snow. But one sunny afternoon, Sunny dug up something extraordinary—a miniature crystal **pyramid** no bigger than a shoe box, glowing with rainbow lights.

Inside the tiny pyramid, Lily discovered something even more amazing. Three sparkling tablets sat on a velvet cushion, each etched with mysterious symbols. An ancient note curled beside them: "Friendship **vitamin**s—one for kindness, one for listening, one for sharing. Take only when you truly need a **friend**."

Lily hesitated. She'd just moved to a new town and hadn't made any friends yet. But what if these were magic? What if they could help?

The very next day, a new girl named Maya moved in next door. She stood alone at the bus stop, clutching a stuffed unicorn. Sunny bounded over, tail wagging, and Maya's face lit up. But she looked so lonely.

That's when Lily remembered the pyramid.

She took one sparkling tablet—the kindness vitamin—and tucked it into Maya's pocket during art class. "For luck," she whispered.

Something magical happened. Maya's eyes sparkled. She drew Lily the most beautiful picture of two girls holding hands beneath a rainbow. At recess, they shared secrets and laughter. And when Lily forgot her lunch, Maya gave her half her sandwich without being asked.

That evening, Lily checked the pyramid again. The kindness vitamin was gone, but two remained. She suddenly understood: the real magic wasn't in the pyramid at all. Friendship itself was the vitamin—a daily dose of kindness, listening, and sharing that made everyone's heart grow stronger.

Sunny barked in agreement, his golden tail thumping against the pyramid's crystal walls.

"You're right, Sunny," Lily said, scratching behind his ears. "We don't need magic vitamins. We just need to be good friends."

She buried the pyramid beneath the old oak tree, where it belonged. Because the best magic of all isn't found in treasure—it's made with our own hands, one kind act at a time.

And Sunny? He kept his magical nose, just in case new adventures came sniffing around.
