The Pyramid of Courage

Lily loved visiting her grandmother's house in Florida. The backyard had everything a kid could dream of: a shimmering blue swimming pool, swaying palm trees that whispered secrets in the wind, and best of all, a mysterious golden pyramid that Grandma said appeared on magical summer days.

"What's inside the pyramid?" Lily asked, tracing her fingers along its sparkling surface.

Grandma winked. "Only those who are brave enough to find out discover its secret."

That night, under a sky full of twinkling stars, Lily crept outside to the pool. The moonlight danced on the water as palm fronds rustled softly. She reached for the pyramid—and it popped open like a treasure chest!

Inside sat tiny glowing bottles labeled with the word VITAMIN in shimmering letters. But these weren't ordinary vitamins. One bottle sparkled pink, another glowed green, and a third twinkled yellow like sunshine.

A note read: "Each vitamin gives you a special gift. Pink for kindness, green for courage, yellow for joy. Use them to help others."

The next morning, Lily noticed a new girl next door sitting alone near the pool fence. Her name was Sofia, and she looked lonely. Lily remembered the pink vitamin—but then she had a better idea. She didn't need magic to make a friend.

"Hi!" Lily called, waving Sofia over. "Want to play padel? My grandma has rackets!"

Sofia's face lit up. "I love padel! My family just moved here, and I haven't met anyone yet."

They played all morning, laughing and splashing in the pool. Lily didn't use any magical vitamins that day. She discovered something better: real friendship didn't require magic at all.

As the sun set behind the palm trees, the golden pyramid faded away, leaving only fireflies dancing in the warm summer breeze. Lily smiled, knowing the real magic had been inside her all along—simply being brave enough to say hello.
