The Pyramid of Brave Dreams

Lily loved collecting treasures from the beach. One afternoon, as she dug her toes into warm sand, something shiny caught her eye. She reached down and discovered a tiny golden pyramid no bigger than her thumb.

That night, Lily held the mysterious pyramid in her palm. It felt warm, like it held a secret heartbeat. Suddenly, the pyramid began to glow, and tiny particles of light floated out—like little magic vitamins swirling around her room!

"Whoa!" Lily whispered, eyes wide.

The lights formed a picture in the air. She saw her friend Toby, who had been too scared to join the school talent show. Toby loved singing but was afraid everyone would laugh.

"These are courage vitamins!" Lily realized, watching the sparkling golden particles dance. "But who are they for?"

The pyramid's glow brightened, as if answering her question. Suddenly, Lily understood—she didn't need magic vitamins to help her friend. She could be the vitamin someone else needed!

The next morning, Lily rushed to school and found Toby sitting alone during lunch, looking at his shoes.

"Toby," Lily said, sitting beside him. "I heard you singing to yourself yesterday. You have an amazing voice."

Toby's face turned pink. "I could never sing in front of everyone."

"What if I sang with you?" Lily asked, placing a comforting hand on his shoulder. "We could do it together."

Toby looked up, and for the first time, he smiled—a real, hopeful smile.

That Friday, Lily and Toby stood on the talent show stage. Their knees shook, their palms were sweaty, but when they looked at each other, they both took a deep breath and began to sing.

The whole school went silent. Then, everyone started clapping. Toby's voice rang out clear and beautiful, stronger than ever before.

Afterward, Toby hugged Lily. "Thank you. You were the courage vitamin I needed."

Lily smiled and thought of the tiny pyramid on her nightstand. It had shown her that magic wasn't about glowing sparks or mysterious objects. The real magic was being a good friend, believing in others, and helping them find the brave dreams inside themselves.

That night, the pyramid glowed one last time before turning into an ordinary piece of sea glass—just a pretty reminder of the most important lesson she'd ever learned.
