The Pyramid Inside the Baseball

Sophie pulled her spy mask over her eyes. Today was mission day! She grabbed her favorite baseball from the shelf and tiptoed into the backyard. Her best friend Leo was waiting behind the big oak tree, wearing his own spy mask made from paper.

"Agent Sophie!" Leo whispered dramatically. "I found something amazing near the old garden shed!"

Sophie followed him to a sunny patch where wildflowers grew. There, glimmering in the golden afternoon light, sat something extraordinary. It was a tiny golden pyramid, no bigger than Sophie's baseball, covered in mysterious symbols that sparkled like rainbow glitter.

"What is it?" Sophie gasped, kneeling beside the magical object.

Leo's eyes widened. "I think it's from another world!"

Suddenly, the pyramid made a soft clicking sound and popped open like a treasure chest. Inside lay three glowing jewels – one red, one green, one blue.

"They're magical vitamins!" Sophie exclaimed. "Look how they shine!"

A gentle whisper floated from the pyramid. "These are friendship vitamins. Take only what you need."

Sophie and Leo looked at each other. They weren't greedy. Each child took just one jewel – Sophie chose the blue one, Leo the red. The green one they left behind, in case someone else needed it.

That night, Sophie discovered something magical. When she held her blue jewel, she could understand what animals were saying! And Leo's red jewel let him speak to plants. Their backyard became an enchanted kingdom full of friends they'd never known before.

The old oak tree told stories about ancient times. A family of sparrows shared secrets about the neighborhood. And the sunflowers whispered about how happy they were to have friends.
