The Pyramid in the Pocket

Leo loved exploring his grandmother's attic. Rain pattered on the roof as he dug through dusty boxes. Then something glinted in the shadows—a sleek black rectangle. An old iPhone!

Leo pressed the button. The screen flickered to life, but instead of apps, it showed something amazing. A glowing golden pyramid swirled across the screen, spinning slowly.

"Grandma! What is this?" Leo called.

Grandma Maria climbed the attic stairs, her eyes twinkling. "Ah, the Pyramid Phone. It belonged to your great-grandfather. He discovered something magical—that ancient pyramids hold the power of friendship."

"How?" Leo asked, eyes wide.

"Through padel," Grandma smiled. "Every full moon, the Pyramid Phone opens a doorway. But you must bring a friend and play three rounds of padel—the game of partnership and balance."

Leo's best friend Mia arrived just as the moon rose. They grabbed their padel rackets from the garage. The iPhone screen grew bright, beaming golden light that formed a shimmering pyramid right in Leo's backyard!

"Incredible!" Mia gasped.

"Ready?" Leo asked.

They played padel under the moonlight—racquet ball bouncing back and forth. Each hit made the pyramid hum. Each laugh made it glow brighter. After three games, the pyramid's golden door swung open.

Inside, walls of crystals held moving pictures. Children from ancient times, playing games, sharing food, helping each other.

"Friendship," the pyramid whispered. "The strongest magic of all."

Leo and Mia spent the night exploring, learning that throughout history, children had discovered this secret: when friends play together, magic happens.

As dawn approached, the pyramid faded into the iPhone's screen again. But Leo knew something wonderful—whenever he and Mia played padel under the full moon, adventure awaited.

"Real magic isn't in the phone," Grandma said, hugging them both. "It's in the friendship you share."

Leo nodded, pocketing the magical iPhone. Some secrets are meant to be kept—especially the ones about friendship.
