The Papaya That Gave Wings

Lila loved **running** through the meadow behind her grandmother's house. Her curly **hair** bounced like springs with every step, and she imagined she could fly if she just ran fast enough.

One morning, she discovered something strange growing in the garden — a giant **papaya** that glowed golden in the sunlight. When she touched it, the fruit whispered, "I'm not just any papaya. I'm filled with magic **vitamin** Z!"

Lila laughed. "Vitamin Z? What's that do?"

"It gives you the courage to be yourself!" the papaya chirped.

Suddenly, the ground rumbled. From the forest emerged the most enormous **bull** Lila had ever seen, with shimmering silver horns and flowers braided into his fur. Lila froze, but the papaya glowed brighter.

"Don't be scared," the papaya said. "Barnaby is the kindest bull in all the land. He just looks fierce because people judged him by his size."

Barnaby lowered his giant head and spoke in the gentlest voice, like leaves rustling in the breeze. "Would you like to see where the rainbow begins?"

Lila's eyes widened. "Really? You know where rainbows start?"

"Climb onto my back," Barnaby said. "But first, take a bite of the papaya. It will help you trust your heart."

Lila took a bite — it tasted like sunshine and dreams. Suddenly, she wasn't afraid. She climbed onto Barnaby's back, and together they galloped into the clouds, finding the rainbow's start in a field of flowers that sang when you touched them.

Lila learned that day that courage isn't about not being scared. It's about being kind to yourself and others, even when they seem different. And every time she went running after that, she made sure to wave at Barnaby, who was always happy to see his true friend.
