The Palm Tree's Magic Vitamin
Lily lived on an island where the magical palm tree grew. Unlike regular palm trees, this one shimmered with golden light, and its coconuts were purple and glowing. Every morning, Lily would wave her palm against the rough bark and whisper, "Good morning, friend!"
One day, while playing her favorite game of padel tennis against the waves, Lily heard a sad moan coming from the forest. Following the sound, she found a small green zombie sitting on a rock. The zombie looked lonely.
"Hello," Lily said bravely. "I'm Lily. What's your name?"
"Zim," the zombie whispered. "I'm a zombie because I forgot to take my magic vitamin. Without it, I turn green and slow."
Lily's eyes widened. The old island stories were true! The magical palm tree produced a special vitamin that kept everyone happy and healthy. But Zim lived far across the water and couldn't reach the tree in time.
"Stay here," Lily said. "I'll help!"
She raced back to the golden palm and held out her palm. The tree dropped three purple coconuts into her hands. They were warm and sparkled like tiny stars.
Back at the rock, Lily helped Zim eat the magical fruit. With each bite, Zim's green skin turned pink, their eyes brightened, and they began to smile.
"Thank you!" Zim cheered, jumping up. "You're my best friend!"
"Let's play padel together!" Lily suggested.
All afternoon, they played games under the golden palm tree. Zim explained that zombies were just people who needed their magic vitamins — and friendship — to feel whole again.
That night, Lily learned something important: everyone sometimes needs help to feel their best. And the best magic of all isn't found in any vitamin, but in kindness and friendship shared between friends.
